Collecting food, clothing, and household goods. . Please call ahead (770 304-5696 ) to make sure someone is present to take your donation. The Mission is run by volunteers and sometimes they may have personal things to do during the day.Volunteering to help with special outreach events. Using what talents God has blessed you with to reach out to help others. Make a commitment to financially support the Mission weekly, monthly, or yearly. Help by asking your church groups to raise funds with : youth group car washes; women's groups; bake sales, etc. Get the Word Out! Heard County Outreach Center has created a comfortable and friendly place where people can come to get help with both a spiritual or material need. Perhaps you're aware of a family that needs help. If so, tell them about the Mission. You can volunteer to staff the Outreach center during the week. Wednesday- Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Help with cleaning and maintenance needs.
